The email addresses and other information collected from subscriptions, donations, advocacy campaigns or other opt-ins to the Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley newsletters are not sold, or disclosed to any third parties except for APNI, the company that provides and supports the software for this website. These addresses will only be used by our organization to send out Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley communications (for example, the Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley newsletters). You will not receive any mailings you did not request. The email addresses collected at Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley are stored on a server hosted by our technology provider.
When you make a donation or participate in an online advocacy campaign ESCLV collects a variety of personal information about you in order to properly process the transaction(s). This personal information may include: name, address, phone, email address, your credit card information, "acknowledgement" and donation amount. ESCLV enters this information into their database of supporters.
You have the option of making a donation and asking us not to acknowledge your donation. In this case we will enter your personal information into our database but have procedures in place to not acknowledge your donation in any publications, websites, email messages and other forms of external communications other than sending to you an email receipt of your donation.
