Client Activity     Listed below are some of the clients that ESCLV has, or is, in the process of serving in the greater Lehigh Valley area. ESCLV is providing management assistance to these clients in areas such as:   Organizational Assessments Strategic Planning Board Governance and Development Fund Raising Planning Capital Campaign Strategies Financial Processing Assessments Marketing Plan Development Employee Evaluation Structuring Executive Search Services   ESCLV engages the voluntary services of area retired and actively employed management professionals to accommodate our client’s needs. ESCLV has the capacity to serve multiple client contracts and most often assigns two (2) professional management volunteers to each client project. ESCLV client projects represent on average 40-50 hours of volunteer management assistance.
