Mission: To assist nonprofit institutions in the Lehigh Valley become more successful through the use of the Executive Service Corps of the Lehigh Valley (ESCLV) volunteer management consultants.
ESCLV exists to provide nonprofit organizations with outstanding management and technical assistance at a fee the nonprofit can easily afford. Since ESCLV consultants volunteer their time and expertise, the ESCLV fee structure is a fraction of what the client would have to pay for a forprofit consulting firm. These fees help cover our support staff, operating expenses, and project support costs. These fees are reduced even further because ESCLV is a 501 (c) (3) organization that receives financial support from corporations, foundations, and individuals. ESCLV will assist any nonprofit organization regardless of their ability to pay. However, we firmly believe that when an organization has a financial obligation they take our consulting services more seriously. ESCLV has a sliding scale fee structure based on the organization's annual budget and the scope of the project.
ESCLV's consulting services are customized to meet the specific needs of the nonprofit organizations we serve. To assist nonprofit organizations in the Lehigh Valley area become highly effective and efficient the ESCLV provides, at this time, consulting services in the following areas:

ESCLV's qualifications in becoming a volunteer management consultant are:

Possess managerial-level business experience

Individual preferably be retired; consideration for special skills given to those individuals in-between careers, or still employed

A willingness to donate time and expertise to help Lehigh Valley nonprofit community service organizations

Consultants are assigned to projects based on their skills to specific projects

Volunteer consultants receive training in working with nonprofits and related specialty areas
ESCL V consultants can expect to devote an average of 4-8 hours per month on assigned projects. Usually consultants work in pairs on one project at a time and can average about 2 projects per year.
